<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p><em>Pentru blat ai nevoie de:</em></p>
<p>7 oua<br />
1 praf de sare<br />
14 linguri de zahar tos<br />
7 linguri faina<br />
3 linguri cacao<br />
1 plic praf de copt<br />
hartie de copt</p>
<p><em>Pentru crema ai nevoie de:</em></p>
<p>250 ml lapte<br />
2 linguri praf budinca de vanilie<br />
250 gr nuca macinata<br />
200 gr unt<br />
200 gr zahar pudra<br />
1 fiola esenta de rom</p>
<p><em>Pentru sirop ai nevoie de:</em></p>
<p>50 ml apa<br />
50 gr zahar<br />
2-3 linguri cafea concentrata</p>
<p><em>Pentru decor ai nevoie de:</em></p>
<p>20 gr bomboane<br />
50 gr ciocolata<br />
3 linguri miez de nuca</p>
<p><strong><br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>1.Separi albusurile de galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Bati albusurile spuma tare cu sarea , adaugi treptat zaharul si bati in continuare pana se intareste bezeaua. Pui galbenusurile unul cate unul, faina cernuta impreuna cu cacaua si praful de copt, amestecand compozitia de jos in sus.</p>
<p>2.Coci blatul in cuptorul preincalzit, la foc mijlociu, in forma tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>3.Dizolvi praful de budinca in lapte si fierbi la foc mic pana se ingroasa , amestecand continuu. Lasi crema la racit.</p>
<p>4.Freci untul spuma cu zaharul si adaugi lingura cu lingura crema cu lapte racit, nuca si esenta de rom.</p>
<p>5.Prepari pe foc un sirop din zahar , apa si cafeaua concentrata.Tai blatul racit in 2 foi orizontale , pe care le insiropezi separat.Intinzi 1/2 din crema pe unul dintre blaturi si suprapui celalalt blat.</p>
<p>6.Imbraci tortul cu crema ramasa si il decorezi cu bomboane, ciocolata si nuci prajite tocate marunt.</p>

<p>300 g sunca presata, 300 g ciuperci, 300 g cartofi                fierti in coaja, 1 legatura patrunjel, 200 g maioneza</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></em></p>
<p>Se taie sunca cubulete, ciupercile se fierb cu sare si                se taie feliute, cartofii se taie cubulete. Se toaca  verdeata marunt.                Se pune totul intr-un castron si se amesteca usor cu  maioneza.</p>

<p><strong><em>Ingrediente</em></strong></p>
<p>Iti trebuie:</p>
<ul>
<li>2 kg  pulpa de porc fara os</li>
<li>1 capatana de usturoi</li>
<li>200 ml vin  alb</li>
<li>300 ml ulei</li>
<li>200 g ceapa</li>
<li>2-3 lingurite vegeta</li>
<li>300  g pasta de tomate</li>
<li>1 lingurita piper.</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare<br />
</strong></em></p>
<ol>
<li>Speli  carnea, o lasi sa se zvante, apoi o rumenesti bine in ulei pe ambele  parti.</li>
<li>Adaugi apa cat sa o acopere si lasi sa fiarba. Separat,  cureti si tai fin ceapa si usturoiul si le inabusi intr-o cratita cu  ulei si apa.</li>
<li>Adaugi pasta de tomate, condimentul, piperul si  stingi cu zeama in care a fiert pulpa.</li>
<li>Dai in clocot si il lasi  pana ce sosul se leaga foarte bine.</li>
<li>La sfarsit adaugi vinul.</li>
<li>Tai  apoi pulpa fiarta in felii groase de 1 cm, le asezi intr-o tava, torni  sosul peste ea si o dai pentru 15 minute la cuptor.</li>

<ol>
<li>Tai  cuburi carnea si ficatul bucatele, iar carnatii felii mai groase.</li>
<li>Le  prajesti apoi in ulei, la foc iute pana se rumenesc.</li>
<li>Stingi cu  cateva linguri de apa clocotita, pui sare si piper dupa gust si acoperi  cratita cu un capac.</li>
<li>Mai lasi carnea sa fiarba aproximativ 10  minute.</li>
<li>Intre timp, prajesti ouale ochiuri si pregatesti  mamaliga.</li>
<li>La masa aduci pe farfurie carnea, mamaliga, alaturi  oul totul presarat din belsug cu branza razuita.</li>

<p><strong><em>Ingrediente</em><br />
</strong></p>
<p>Iti trebuie:</p>
<ul>
<li>500 g  muschi de vita</li>
<li>2 lingurite boabe de piper</li>
<li>1 lingurita  boabe de mustar</li>
<li>2-3 catei de usturoi</li>
<li>ulei</li>
<li>300 ml  vin rosu</li>
<li>1 lingurita condiment.</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<ol>
<li>Amesteci  boabele de piper cu mustarul si condimentul si le pisezi.</li>
<li>Cureti  si usturoiul, il pisezi si-l adaugi peste amestecul de condimente  impreuna cu 4 linguri de ulei.</li>
<li>Speli carnea, o tai felii pe  care le treci prin amestecul de condimente.</li>
<li>Le pui apoi intr-un  castron, le acoperi cu o folie de plastic si le dai la frigider pentru 2  ore ca sa se marineze.</li>
<li>Dupa ce carnea s-a marinat, o rumenesti  repede intr-o cratita, stingi cu vinul si lasi sa fiarba la foc mic  inca 30 de minute.</li>
<li>Legumele sote sunt o garnitura potrivita.</li>
</ol>

<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<ol>
<li>Freci  galbenusurile cu 4 linguri de zahar, adaugi uleiul si continui sa  amesteci energic.</li>
<li>Adaugi faina cernuta cu praful de copt, esenta  de lamaie si amesteci bine.</li>
<li>La sfarsit adaugi albusurile batute  spuma tare cu 2 linguri de zahar.</li>
<li>Incorporezi usor albusurile  in restul compozitiei si o torni intr-o forma de tort tapetata cu hartie  de copt.</li>
<li>O lasi sa se coaca aproximativ 40 minute la foc  potrivit.</li>
<li>Prepari crema, frecand ouale cu zaharul si coaja de  lamaie.</li>
<li>Incorporezi zeama de lamaie diluata cu apa, faina si pui  compozitia obtinuta la fiert in bain marie, amestecand continuu pana se  ingroasa si devine neteda si lucioasa.</li>
<li>O lasi la racit si apoi  amesteci usor cu frisca.</li>
<li>Intr-un vas aflat pe aburi, bati  albusurile cu praful de sare si zaharul adaugat treptat pana devine  spuma tare.</li>
<li>Introduci compozitia de bezea in pos, modelezi  inmioare pe care le coci la foc mic, pana se intaresc bine.</li>
<li>Tai  blatul in doua, pe orizontala, intinzi crema intre cele 2 blaturi si  imbraci tortul cu un strat de frisca.</li>
<li>Presari migdale feliate,  rumenite usor in cuptor, pe partile laterale ale tortului.</li>
<li>Deasupra  decorezi cu trandafiri de ciocolata si inimioare de bezea.</li>

<p>Se curata ciupercile pastrand cozile si se pun in apa rece stropite cu lamaie.Se calesc in unt cozile taiate,se sareaza si pipereaza, iar la final se punemararul.In tava de cuptor unsa cu ulei se aseaza ciupercile umplute si se da la cuptor 15 min.Se servesc ca garnitura sau aperitiv .Pofta buna.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>2 kg. ceafa de porc, 4 ardei grasi, o capatana usturoi, un kg. ciuperci din comert, 2 cepe, 200 ml. vin alb sec, 3 frunze dafin, 8-10 boabe de piper, 4-5 rosii, sare dupa gust</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Carnea- se taie in cubulete de 3-4 cm, sa fie toate uniforme, se sareaza . Se taie ardeii rondele, ceapa la fel si usturoiul. Se pune 1 rand de carne, 1 rand din toate ingriedentele, tot asa pana se termina, deasupra sa ramana condimentele si se toarna vinul pana se acopera si se lasa 2 zile in frigider la macerat. Dupa care se pun pe tepuse din comert sau facute din crengi groase de 1 cm. si se prajesc pe gratar sau la iarba-verde si vin din belsug. Pofta buna!</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>1 ou, 300 g faina,100 g unt, 100g zahar pudra, 1 plic amoniac<br />
<em>Pentru crema </em><br />
300ml lapte 4 linguri faina sau amidon, 200 g zahar pudra 150 g unt, vanilie, 100g ciocolata alba, 5o g ciocolata neagra menaj</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Pentru aluat cerni faina intr-un castron in care pui oulbatut cu zahar pudra, amoniac stins cu lapte si untul moale. Amesteci ingredientele si adaugi lapte cat cuprinde pentru a obtine un aluat moale pe care sa-l framanti. Imparti compozitia in 3, coci fiecare foaie pe dosul tavii unse.Pentru crema dizolvi faina in lapte, le fierbi la foc mic cu zahar vanilat, amestecand pana se ingroasa crema. Dupa ce s-a racit se da untul frecat cu zahar pudra. Ungi foile cu crema, iar la a treia topesti ciocolata alba si glazurezi deasupra, apoi topesti si ciocolata neagra care faci modele peste cea alba. Dai la frigider 2 ore apoi o tai.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em><strong>Cum se face toriglioni cu ficat de pui, reteta culinara pentru tortiglioni cu ficat de pui</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></em></p>
<p>2 cepe, 3 felii de costita (bacon), un pachet de ficat                de pui (aprox. 0,500 kg), 1 lingura faina, 1 cana de supa,  2 linguri                de smintina, 1 pachet tortiglioni (sau orice tip de paste)</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></em></p>
<p>Intr-o oala se pune putin ulei de masline in care se                frige ceapa taiata marunt si costita taiata cubulete. In  alta oala                se topeste unt si se prajeste ficatul de pui pe care s-a  sters bine                de apa. Dupa ce s-a prajit ficatul pe ambele parti, se  adauga ceapa,                costita si o lingura de faina. Se amesteca bine dupa care  se pune                o cana de supa si se lasa sa fiarba. Cind e aproape gata,  se adauga                doua linguri de smintina si se mai da intr-un clocot. Se  serveste                cu tortiglioni.</p>
