<p><strong><em>Ingrediente:</em></strong></p>
<p>300 g faina,3 oua,100 g cascaval,200 g spanac fiert,100 g sunca,200 g branza de vaci,50 g unt,sare,piper.</p>
<p><strong><em>Mod de preparare:</em></strong></p>
<p>Faci o foaie de taietei din faina,oua,sare si o lasi 10 minute sa se odihneasca.Separat toci spanacul fiert (sa fie ca un piure) si il calesti in putin unt.</p>
<p>Intinzi foaia de taietei,pui spanacul,peste el,branza de vaci amestecata cu sunca taiata fideluta si piperul.Rulezi,strangi bine capetele,ungi cu unt,pui in tava unsa bine si dai la cuptor.Sub tava in care coci rulada asezi o cratita cu apa.Cand s-a rumenit usor mai pui putin unt si cascaval ras.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 oua</li>
<li> 1/2 carnat</li>

<li> 1 castravete murat</li>
<li> 1/4 ardei rosu</li>

<li> 20 g cas</li>
<li> ulei</li>
<li>50 ml ulei</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare: </strong></p>
<p>Se taie ingredientele marunt dupa care se rade cascavalul prin razatoare. Se sparg si se bat oule cu sare si piper dupa gustul fiecaruia. Intr-o tigaie separata se prajeste carnatul 3-5 minute dupa care peste carnatul prajit in ulei se toarna oule se toarna cam jumatate din cascaval si se lasa sa se lege intre ele la foc mic. Cand oulele sunt prajite se intoarc pe aprtea celalta si se pun restul ingredientelor si peste ele se pune restul de cascaval. Se mai lasa pe foc aproximativ 1-2 minute pentru a se topi cascavalul. Peste puteti pune castraveti murati si putin patrujel pentru gust si aspect.</p>

</ul>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></em></p>
<p>Intai se face aluatul din apa minerala si faina dupa care se lasa la dospit pana isi dubleaza volumul.  Salamul se taie in felioare rotunde, cascavalul se da prin razatoare pentru a se topi mai repede si unifor iar caratul se taie rondele. Apoi se intinde aluatul intr-o tava de forma rotunjita pentru a da aspect de pizza dupa care se inprastie salamul si rondelele de carnat deasupra, dupa care intindem pasta de rosi pe deasupra lor cu o lingura, se preseaza conpozitia si se pune la cuptor in jur de 40-50 minute.</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Se face aluatul amestecand faina cu laptele, apa minerala si putina sare. Intr-o tigaie separta se pune putin ulei si cu ajutorul polonicului se toarna compozitia acestui aluat pentru a face niste clatite mai groase/umflate. Se prajeste pe ambele parti se taie crenvusti si salamul, iar cascavalul se da prin razatoare pentru a se intinde cat mai bine si cat mai repede pe pizza. Toate aceste ingrediente taiate marunt se pun peste clatitele proaspat facute dupa care clatilele se baga la cuptor aproximativ 5-10 minute numai pentru a se topi cascavalul.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>500 g faina, 3 linguri untdelemn, 1 pahar apa calduta, un varf de cutit sare.<em><strong><br />
Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Pentru ca foaia de strudel sa reuseasca, sa fie subtire si sa nu se rupa, faina trebuie sa fie de buna calitate si foarte bine uscata. Foaia se intinde intr-o camera calda si la fel de bine uscata, fara aburi si se lucreaza cat se poate de repede. Se aseaza faina cernuta pe planseta, se face la mijloc o adancitura, unde se pune untdelemnul si sarea si se amesteca. Se adauga apoi apa cate putina, formand un aluat potrivit de tare. In cazul cand coca este prea tare, se mai adauga putina apa calduta. Se framanta bine aluatul pe planseta, apoi apa calduta. Se framanta bine alutul pe planseta, apoi se lasa 10-15 minute sa se odihneasca, acoperit cu un servet. Se intinde o foaie cat se poate de subtire pe planseta presarata cu faina. Se acopera foaia sa nu se usuce si se lasa sa se odihneasca 10-15 minute. Se asterne pe masa sau pe planseta o fata de masa, se presara cu faina, iar pe mijloc se aseaza foaia de aluat. Se intinde aceasta foaie de jur imprejur cu ambele maini, cu multa rabdare, pentru ca sa nu se rupa, pana se subtiaza ca o foaie de tigara. Marginile care nu se pot intinde, se taie si se dau la o parte. Cu aceasta foaie se pot prepara: strudel cu mere, cu nuci, diferite placinte, baclavale, sarailii etc.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>250 g unt sau margarina, 250 g faina, 1/2 lingura otet, 1/4 pahar apa calduta, un varf de cutit sare.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Se cerne faina pe planseta, la mijloc se face o adancitura, unde se introduce otetul si sarea, se amesteca faina cu otetul, apoi se toarna treptat apa pana ce se formeaza un aluat potrivit de tare, care se framanta bine. Se considera bine framantat acest aluat, atunci cand isi pierde elasticitatea intr-atat incat adincindu-l cu degetul nu isi revine si cand prezinta goluri in sectiune. Se bate aluatul cu vergeaua sau de planseta o jumatate de ora (nu se framanta cu mana). Se strange apoi dandu-i o forma rotunda, se cresteaza de 2-3 ori in lung si in lat si se lasa sa se odhineasca la rece o jumatate de ora. Se preasra foarte putina faina pe planseta si se intidne aluatul cu sucitorul pentru a obtine o foaie dreptunghiulara cu o grosime de un deget (ceva mai groasa la mijloc). Se aseaza untul sau, de preferat, margarina la mijloc (latite in prealabil din presare cu vergeaua cat sunt inca impachetate) si se strang cele patru laturi catre centru in forma de plic, in asa fel incat untul  sau margarina sa fie complet acoperite cu aluat. Se bate aluatul foarte incet cu sucitorul pe deasupra, pana ce grasimea se imprastie in coca. Apoi se intinde o foaie dreptunghiulara groasa de 6-7 mm care se impatureste intaii in trei de sus in jos. Se intinde din nou in sens invers si se impatureste in patru, venind cu amandoua marginile pana in mijloc si indoind apoi coca. Se lasa aluatul astfel impaturit 20-30 minute la rece. Se intinde din nou totdeauna invers, se impatureste in trei, se intinde iar, se impatureste in patru dupa care se lasa sa se odihneasca 20-30 minute. Se mai repeta operatia de doua ori. Acest aluat se poate pastra de pe o zi pe alta, la rece, sau la frigider, asezat pe o farfurie presarata cu putina faina, ca sa nu se lipeasca. Din aluatul frantuzesc se pot prepara pateuri, saleuri si mai multe feluri de prajituri.</p>

<p>250 g faina, 125 g unt, 125 g smantana, un varf de cutit sare, arome.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Se cerne faian pe planseta, se aseaza la mijloc untul muiat langa o sursa de caldura, smantana si sarea. Se amesteca impreuna, se framanta circa 10-15 minute, apoi se acopera si se lasa la rece 2-3 ore. Inainte de a fi folosit, aluatul se impatureste de doua ori ca si aluatul frantuzesc. Cu acest aluat se pot prepara branzoaice, placintele cu branza de vaci, cu mere etc.</p>

<p>250 g unt, 350 g faina, 1 lingurita zeama de lamaie, 1/2 pahar apa, un varf de cutit de sare.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Se cerne faina pe planseta, se face loc la mijloc, se aseaza untul inmuiat langa o sursa de caldura (aceasta pentru a-l cuprinde mai usor faina) zeama de lamaie si sare. Se amesteca bine, se adauga apa si se framanta circa 15 minute. Se strange aluatul, se acopera cu un servet si se lasa o ora la rece. Se presara faina pe planseta, se intinde o foaie care se impatureste de doua ori, intai in trei, apoi in patru ca si aluatul frantuzesc. Din acest aluat se pot prepara diferite placinte, saleuri, cornuri cu mere sau cu branza etc.</p>
