<p><em><strong>Ingrediente </strong></em></p>
<p>1 kg fructe, 1/2 kg zahar, 200 ml apa.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Se pune zaharul cu apa la fiert pana se leaga ca pentru dulceata apoi se adauga fructele taiate in sferturi sau in felii potrivite si se lasa pe foc sa fiarba pana cand fructele capata aspectul ca s-au glasat (devin sticloase). Dupa aceea se ia vasul de pe foc, iar fructele se scot usor, se asaza pe un platou si se lasa sa ase raceasca. Se folosesc ca garnitura la budinci de orez sau ca decor pentru torturi.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>1 kg coji de portocale, 1.4 zahar.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Pentru confiere, cojile de portocale se scot taiate in 4-6 felii intregi si egale. Se tin 3 zile in apa rece, schimbandu-se apa de 2-3 ori pe zi, dupa care se scurg de apa si se pun la fiert circa 2 ore, pana se inmoaie. Se scurg, se toarna peste ele apa rece, lasandu-le sa stea 2 ore. Se pun dupa aceea cate 3-4 coji una peste alta si se storc bine cu ambele maini. Se asaza circular intr-o cratita, se toarna peste ele un sirop subtire (1kg zahar si 1.5 l apa), se lasa sa dea in 2-3 clocote, dupa care se iau de pe foc si se lasa astfel pana a doua zi. Se scurge sirpul intr-un alt vas si se lasa sa dea in clocot, adaugandu-se 200 g zahar. Se toarna sirpul peste cojile de portocale si se lasa sa dea in clocot. Se repeta aceasta operatie de 4 ori. A patra zi se adauga restul de zahar si se lasa sa fiarba 30 min, pana ce siropul se leaga ca o dulceata. (La ultima fierbere se poate adauga 1 lingura de zeama de lamaie.) Se pune in borcane pana nu se intareste, se acopera cu celofan si se leaga.</p>

<p>Se aleg pere verzi si tari (ca sa nu se sfarame la fiert), se curata de coaja, se taie in doua, se scot casutele cu samburi, dupa care se fierb in apa pana se inmoaie putin. Se scurg apoi in apa si se toarna peste ele apa rece, lasandu-le astfel 1-2 ore. Se scot apoi din apa si se pun intr-o cratita, procedanduse in continuare la fel ca in <a href="http://www.bucatarul.com/coji-de-portocale-confiate/">reteta precedenta</a>.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>100-300 g miez de nuca, 150-300 g zahar</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Se pune miezul de nuca la cuptor sa se prajeasca putin, dupa care se freaca usor pana se desprinde pielita. Intre timp, se pune zaharul intr-o cratita de plita si cand s-a caramelizat putin se pune miezul de nuca si se amesteca pana se acopera complet cu zaharul caramelizat. Se rastoarna pe o planseta unsa cu unt sau cu ulei si se amesteca uso pana se desfac bucatile de miez unele de altele.</p>
<p>Se servesc ca fursecuri.</p>
