			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em><strong>Cum se fac gogosarii cu miere si otet, reteta pentru gogosari cu miere si otet</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>3 kg gogosari rosii, 2 kg ardei galbeni, 2 l otet, 1 l apa, 250-300 g miere, 400 g zahar, condimente (foi de dafin, boabe de mustar si de piper), frunzele de la o telina, 3 linguri cu sare</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Curata gogosarii si ardeii, spala-i si taie-i in 4 sau in 8.</p>
<p>Intr-o oala mare, fierbe apa cu otetul, sarea, zaharul, mierea si o parte din mirodenii.</p>
<p>Cand zeama clocoteste, opareste in ea gogosarii si ardeii, dupa care lasa-i la scurs si racit.</p>
<p>Pune pe fundul borcanelor mirodeniile ramase (cateva boabe de piper, hrean si 1-2 frunze de dafin) si apoi aseaza gogosarii cu gura in sus.</p>
<p>La sfarsit, pune deasupra gogosarilor din fiecare cate o frunza de telina, toarna zeama si inchide borcanele ermetic.</p>
<p><em><strong>Sfat</strong></em></p>
<p>Pentru mai multa savoare, adauga boabe de struguri, conopida, arpagic, morcovi, telina si hrean.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>2 kg gogonele, 3 kg gogosari rosii, 1 kg morcovi curatati, 2 radacini de telina, frunze de telina, 1 kg conopida, marar uscat, 1 capatana de usturoi, 2-3 radacini de hrean, 1 lingura cu sare, 1 lingura cu zahar, boabe de mustar, piper, frunze dafin, 3 litri apa.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Spala legumele si tine-le 24 de ore scufundate intr-o solutie concentrata de sare (atat cat sa tina oul la suprafata).</p>
<p>Scoate-le si spala-le cu apa rece, taie-le in bucati potrivite si aseaza-le in borcane, alterandu-le. Ai grija sa presari condimente dupa fiecare strat.</p>
<p>Pune intr-o oala apa, sare, zaharul. Da intr-un clocot.</p>
<p>Cand borcanele sunt pline, toarna peste legume, cat sa acopere, zeama calda. lasa la racit si apoi leaga ermetic. 3-4 zile, pastreaza borcanele cu muraturi la temperatura camere.</p>
<p><em><strong>Sfat</strong></em></p>
<p>Daca ai in casa, pune deasupra un manuchi de frunze de visin.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>2 kg ceapa, 2 morcovi, 3 kg rosii, 3 kg ardei capia, 3 kg gogosari rosii, 500 ml ulei, o frunza de dafin, sare, piper.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Da rosiile pe razatoare, iar sucul pune-l la fiert cu un praf de sare, dafinul si lasa sa fiarba pana scade la jumatate.</p>
<p>Coace ardeii, curata-i si toaca-i. Taie ceapa mai mare. Gogosarii spala-i si curata-i de seminte si cotoare, apoi feliaza-i. Curata morcovii de coaja si da-i pe razatoare.</p>
<p>Caleste in ulei ceapa, morcovul, gogosarii, iar la urma, ardeii copti. Lasa sa fiarba 30 de minute la foc mic, adauga sucul de rosii, sare dupa gust si da totul la cuptor pentru inca o ora, la foc potrivit.</p>
<p>Pune in borcane dupa ce s-a racorit si baga-le fara capac in cuptorul incins, cu usa intredeschisa, pana prinde coaja. Toarna o lingurita cu ulei incins in fiecare, pune capacul si lasa-le la racit, invelite intr-un stergar.</p>

<p>1 kg ceapa, 2 kg vinete, 1 kg rosii, 3 kg ardei capia, 3 kg gogosari rosii, 500 ml ulei, 2 frunze de dafin, 1 lingurita rasa cu boabe de piper negru, sare</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Coace vinetele si ardeii. Gogosarii curata-i si toaca-i. Cand vinetele s-au copt, curata-le si lasa-le la scurs. Curata ardeii de coji si seminte si toaca-i marunt sau paseaza-i cu blenderul.</p>
<p>Da rosiile pe razatoare, iar sucul pune-l la fiert cu un praf de sare, dafinul si lasa sa fiarba pana devine o pasta. Toaca ceapa foarte marunt.</p>
<p>Caleste ceapa si ardeii in ulei, pune gogosarii si lasa sa scada, amestecand mere. Adauga vinetele, pasta de rosii, sare, dafinul si piperul, amesteca si da zacusca la cuptor sa se lege bine.</p>
<p>Pune-o in borcane cand s-a racorit putin si baga-le, fara capac, in cuptorul incins, cu usa intredeschisa, pana prinde coaja. Sigileaza borcanele.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>1 kg gogosari, 1 kg ardei gras, 1 kg gogonele, 1 kg morcov, 1 kg ceapa, 750 ml apa, 300 ml otet, 3 linguri cu sare, 250 g zahar, 500 ml ulei, 400 g mustar.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Pune apa cu otetul, zaharul si sarea pe foc. Cand clocoteste, adauga legumele taiate fideluta si morcovul dat pe razatoare.</p>
<p>Lasa pe foc mic sa dea in cateva clocote. Pune apoi totul la scurs 8-9 ore.</p>
<p>Amesteca bine uleiul cu mustarul, pana obtii o maioneza omogena. Incorporeaz-o in legumele scurse si amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Pune in borcane si da-le la loc racoros.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>40 gogosari, 12 kiwi, 1 l otet de 9 grade diluat cu 1/4 l de apa, 1/4 kg zahar, 200 ml ulei, 1 lingura cu varf de sare, foi de dafin, boabe de piper.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Spala gogosarii, curata-i de cotoare si seminte, taie-i in clini potrivit de mari. Curata fructul de coaja si feliaza-l.</p>
<p>Prepara compozitia de otet (in care se pun toate ingredientele) si pune pe foc, ca sa dea intr-un clocot.</p>
<p>Opareste pe rand gogosarii si, pe masura ce-i scoti din compozitie, aseaza-i in borcan, cu rondele de kiwi printre ei.</p>
<p>Cand s-a racorit compozitia, toarn-o peste gogosari si leaga borcanul cu celofan.</p>
<p><em><strong>SURPRIZA: se pot consuma dupa cateva zile!</strong></em></p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>6 kg gogosari, 2 cani cu zahar, 2 cani cu otet, 2 cani cu ulei, 800 g mustar clasic, foi de dafin, boabe de piper, 1 lingura de sare.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Spala gogosarii, curata-i de cotoare, nervuri si seminte si lasa-i la scurs. Apoi taie-i in fasii subtiri.</p>
<p>Din mustar, ulei, otet si zahar, prepara un sos si pune-l la fiert. Adauga sare si foi de dafin dupa gust, piper boabe (cam 20 de bucati). Cand sosul este gata, adauga gogosarii si lasa-i cam doua, trei clocote.</p>
<p>Cand s-a racorit, pune salata astfel pregatita in borcane, inchide-le ermetic si sterilizeaza borcanele la bain-marie.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>2 kg gogosari sanatosi cat mai rosii, 500 g struguri negri cat mai dulci, 500 ml otet de mere, 50 g miere (2-3 lingurite cu varf), 1 lingurita cu sare grunjoasa, 1 foaie dafin, 2-3 bete de hrean, frunze de telina, boabe de piper.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Curata gogosarii de cotoare, seminte si nervuri. Spala strugurii, alege boabele cele mai sanatoase.</p>
<p>Pregateste borcanele: pune pe fundul borcanului cateva frunze de telina, umple gogosarii cu boabe de strugure si aseaza un strat de gogosari umpluti, cu deschizatura in sus, apoi un strat de boabe, din nou gogosari umpluti, pana umpli borcanul. Deasupra, aseaza 2-3 bete de hrean.</p>
<p>Pune la fiert otetul cu 500 ml de apa. Lasa sa dea in doua clocote, pune foaia de dafin, piperul. Ia de pe foc, adauga sarea si mierea. Amesteca, apoi toarna fierbinte peste gogosari. Dupa o ora, leaga borcanele.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em><strong>Cum se usuca legumele prin deshidratare, reteta pentru legume uscate prin deshidratare</strong></em><br />
Legumele se pot usca taiate in felii expuse la soare sau intai oparite direct in apa sau in aburi si dupa aceea uscate.</p>
<p>Oparirea este recomandabila intrucat la unele legume nu se distrug toate vitaminele.</p>
<p>1) <strong>Oparirea legumelor prin aburire</strong>. Legumele intregi se spala bine, se taie in felii de circa 1/2 cm grosime. In acelasi timp se pune o cratita cat mai larga cu apa pana la inaltimea de 4-5 cm, pe foc. Deasupra apei se aseaza un gratar din sipci subtiri sau din rachita (nuiele), sub care se pun cateva sticle culcate pentru ca gratarul sa nu stea direct pe apa. Pe gratar se pun felii de legume sau de fructe, se acopera cu un capac si se lasa focul moderat, ca sa fiarba apa lent, pana ce legumele se oparesc (numai in aburi) si se inmoaie pe jumatate. Dupa oparire, legumele se pot usca la soare, pe sobe de teracota sau in cuptor, pe caramizi acoperite cu hartie alba groasa. Cand se usuca la cuptor, se lasa usa cuptorului putin deschisa, ca sa poata iesi aburul.</p>
<p>2) <strong>Uscarea in cuptor</strong>. Dupa ce legumele au fost pregatite asa cum s-a aratat mai inainte, oparite sau direct fara sa fie oparite, se aseaza intr-o tava (captusita cu hartie pergament sau hartie alba), in 2-3 straturi cu spatii intre ele, in forma de gratar suprapus. Se introduce tava in cuptorul potrivit de incalzit; usa cuptorului se tine putin deschisa sau se deschide din cand in cand ca sa poata iesi aburul. Itre timp, trebuie sa se schimbe de cateva ori pozitia feliilor de legume, pentru a se usca bine pe toate partile. Aceasta operatie se face pana cand legumele se vor usca complet.</p>
<p>Legumele se pastreaza, numai daca sunt bine uscate, in saculete de tifon, atarnate intr-un loc uscat.</p>
<p>Inainte de folosire, legumele uscate se spala repede in apa calduta altfel pierd restul de saruri minerale si vitamine.</p>
