<p><em><strong>Ingrediente </strong></em></p>
<p>500 g muschi de porc, 4 cartofi, 2 morcovi, 1 ceapa, 1/2 telina, 1 ardei, 100 g orez, 150 g smantana, 1 pachet delikat bors magic cu verdeturi.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Pui apa la fiert intr-o oala cu capac. Cureti legumele. Le speli si le tai cat mai marunt. Speli carnea si o tai in cubulete mici. Cand apa clocoteste pui legumele tocate, mai putin cartofii. Lasi sa fiarba totul 5 minute, dupa care adaugi carnea si cartofii. Cand carnea este aproape fiarta, adaugi orezul si delikat bors magic cu verdeturi. Pui smantana, lasi sa fiarba 5 minute si stingi focul. Poti pregati borsul si fara smantana.</p>

<p><em><strong>Ingrediente</strong></em></p>
<p>7 l apa, 1 kg carne de vitel sau de porc, 1 ceapa, 1 gulie, 2 morcovi, 2 radacini de patrunjel, 1 pastarnac, 1/2 telina, 2 cartofi, 1 legatura patrunjel verde, 1 pachet delikat bors magic.</p>
<p><em><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></em></p>
<p>Pui oala pe foc si cand fierbi apa, adaugi carnea taiata cuburi si o lasi sa fiarba putin. Apoi adaugi ceapa si dupa ce a dat cateva clocote impreuna cu ceapa, pui restul de zarzavat (fara cartofi) si le fierbi pe toate la un loc. Dupa ce sunt aproape fierte, adaugi si cartofii si ii mai dai in cateva clocote. Pui delikat bors magic, amesteci si e gata borsul.</p>
